Chamber of commerce and industry of Serbia and Port Governance Agency organize the round table discussion on the topic of defining the marina network

Amendments to the Law on Navigation and Ports on Inland Waterways came into force in June 2018. By adopting amendments to the Law, Port Governance Agency has received the new jurisdictions.

In the following period, the Agency will determine the port area for marinas- special waterway ports on the waterway intended for the reception, storage and equipment of recreational, sports and leisure vessels. In addition, the Agency will issue licenses for performing port activities in marinas.

Bearing in mind the importance of this way of transport and its link with the tourism, as well as the positive economic effects and the impact on the development of the economy in Serbia, Port Governance Agency, in cooperation with the Association for Tourism of the Chamber of commerce and industry of Serbia, is organizing a round table discussion on the topic "Defining the marina networks on the Sava River and the lower Danube ".

The round table will be held on November 7, 2018 at 10:00 am, at the premises of the Serbian chamber of commerce, Room 2, 13-15 Resavska stret, Belgrade.
