Local Development of Eastern Serbia through increased revenue from tourism

Tourists who want to get to know the Eastern Serbia, will soon have the opportunity to do so by boat, cruising the Danube.

The project entitled "Local Development of Eastern Serbia through increased revenues from tourism" will help the development of passenger terminals in Smederevo, Kostolac, Veliko Gradiste, Golubac, Donji Milanovac and Kladovo and connect Belgrade with these six municipalities.

This project, implemented by the PGA in cooperation with the United Nations in Serbia (UNDP), aims to assist the development of water traffic, attract more cruise ships and tourists, stimulate local development and increase the waterway passengers transport in East Serbia.
